The end of June at the OKIN Facility is traditionally in the spirit of joint Teambuilding, which is intended for both czech and foreign colleagues and is therefore an ideal opportunity for personal meetings.
In addition, this year OKIN Facility celebrates 30 years of operation on the market, which is why we chose the incentive "Welcome back" as our slogan. We have returned to the 90s, when OKIN Facility was founded (1993). The environment of the Medlov Hotel in the Vysočina recorded the overall atmosphere, as the building is deliberately maintained in a style that will transport most of us back to our youth, or perhaps even our childhood years.
The morning program included a joint meeting with the owner of the company, connected with a recapitulation of the last 30 years of the company. As part of this journey through time, we remembered other historical milestones that accompanied ours. The afternoon was already spent in the spirit of team games. As a result, we have found that we have a wide range of talent among our colleagues. From experienced experts of disco and rock music, through excellent swimmers who do not hesitate to jump into the waters of Medlov lake without preparation, to creative artists who have created almost masterpieces in the form of interesting paintings. There was also no shortage of experienced shooters, whether it was shooting with a hockey stick or shooting a rose at the fairground shooting range. Looking back to the 1990s, we couldn´t miss a competition in fortress Boyard-style or a special version of the "shell game" that could be encountered in the most unlikely places in its day.
The evening programme started with a popular disco, so that songs like It's my Life, Ice ice baby or Baby one more time were played over Medlov lake. Shortly before ten o'clock, the sky was lit up by a spectacular fireworks, which also delighted the group of seniors, who shared the Medlov Hotel premises with us.
In short, we once again confirmed that there are many hidden talents and natural entertainers in our company. So how could this year's teambuilding be described as simply as possible? We simply had a good time.
